Current talent shortages in cybersecurity are a global issue, leaving organizations insecure in their internal security posturing and defense. To address that, 96% of companies are actively investing in some type of employee training, with 56% of those in either mid- or late-stage deployment, according to LinkedIn Learning's 2023 Workplace Learning Report.
