New Scholarship Program For CCIE Training Candidates - Deadline Extended!

Internetwork Expert is offering two all-inclusive scholarships to Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) candidates who have scheduled or passed the CCIE written exam.

The Real CCIE’s, Real People Scholarship is designed to continue the commitment Internetwork Expert (IE) has had with the CCIE community by offering one international and one U.S. recipient complete CCIE lab training. This scholarship, valued at over $15,000 USD, includes IE’s Self-Paced CCIE Training Program, complete Rack Rental equipment use compliments of Graded Labs, and attendance at IE’s Live Onsite CCIE Boot Camp with all travel provisions included.

The new extended application deadline is June 20, 2008. Applications will be evaluated by an IE committee and the winners announced at the end of July. Scholarship recipients will be chosen based on answers to scholarship essay questions as well as answers to phone interview questions. About the Program:

We will be choosing one U.S. scholarship recipient and one international recipient from the applicant pool. The scholarship recipients will each receive CCIE Lab training from start to finish including:

1. CCIE Self-Paced End-to-End Program
2. Complete CCIE Rack Rental package compliments of Graded Labs
3. Onsite Bootcamp of the recipients choice (including airfare, hotel, provisions, and ground transportation).

Eligibility Requirements

1. Ability to travel
2. CCIE Written exam passed or scheduled

How To Apply

Step One

Complete the online application here. All online information must be received by Friday, June 20th, 2008.

Step Two

In addition to completing the online application, you are required submit an application letter. Application letters should contain background information (in regards to networking) and personal reasons for applying for the scholarship. Suggestions include:

1. 400-800 word (2800-5600 character) count
2. Answer questions such as:
* Why you need to be a CCIE?
* What strengths would you bring as CCIE to the field?
* Where you started in networking and where you are now?
* What circumstances kept you from training?
