About Melissa Harris
Melissa holds a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She started her IT career in 2016 as a technical writer at AWS, where she also gained experience as a technical curriculum developer and trainer. She joined INE in 2022 as an AWS Instructor. Her passions are communication and training. She lives in New York City with her turtle Clyde.
