    MS-500.1 Managing Identity & Access

    What about this course?

This course is designed for students to work with the identity management components of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Azure Active Directory. We begin talking about authentication methods used by Azure, then discuss what happens when we implement Azure AD Connect to synchronize an on-premise Active Directory instance up to Azure Active Directory. Sign on security is also heavily covered in this course as we go through password management capabilities, multi-factor authentication, conditional access policies, and device authentication. Also covered are the administrative groups available in Azure (Role Based Access Control) and the ability to manage the roles through tools such as Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
