Controlling Traffic with Juniper Stateless Firewall Filters

    What about this course?

Networks are frequently subdivided into different sections such as private and public networks, or perhaps divided based on device types (IP Phones, printers, laptops, etc). No matter what logic is used to divide a network, once the division occurs, there is frequently a need to classify traffic as it passes through your network to enforce various objectives such as restricting traffic between subnets, prioritize traffic, or applying other types of action to that traffic. Within Juniper devices, implementation of Firewall Filters can be used to accomplish this task. This course will teach you about the theory, implementation and monitoring of stateless firewall filters as well as other features that can be paired with them such as Policing and uRPF enforcement. Throughout the course you'll have the opportunity to practice what you've learned using INE's embedded Lab Tasks and real Junos software.
