For this reason, Quality of Service (QoS) as a set of features is mandatory, allowing you to manage these times of congestion.This is an introductory course into the work of QoS. In this course, you'll learn about what makes buffers different than queues and how QoS gives you control over queues. You'll also be exposed to the concept of QoS classification and how this can be done at either Layer-2 or Layer-3 of the OSI model. And you'll learn about many other QoS concepts such as Policing, Shaping, Scheduling, and Queuing.
