Upon completing the Unity Connection training by Rohit, I learned the relationship between call manager and Unity Connection. Using this knowledge, I was able to resolve the user's call forwarding to voicemail issues. It turned out to be the wrong selection of voicemail pilot. The training helped me realize that it would not just end with a simple task of adding a voicemail box for the work to be completed, but  understanding how the system works in order to resolve a non-working voicemail feature.
